Once Total Annihilation is running, it's unobtrusive, simply adding a button to your Internet Total Annihilation toolbar. However, after all that setup, Total Annihilation didn't deliver in our tests. Multiple attempts to download while using a Windows XP system failed, even after repeating the download and installation. Although the tool is free, its failure to perform in our tests means we can't recommend it.
