While the Unarchiver Mac Free has only a handful of features, it took us some time to find and use each of them in turn. When opening the Unarchiver Mac Free, you select a subject and then a chapter from that subject, ostensibly to mimic a real Unarchiver Mac Free. You can then write notes in that Unarchiver Mac Free as well as add Unarchiver Mac Free. This is a useful function, but is limited in that it does not access your camera, only your photo library. Additionally, there are ads in the lite version that can be distracting (especially when taking notes in class) and the final PDF that the program creates when sharing is poorly formatted and does not always send properly.
Unarchiver Mac Free is an educational tool that helps users learn basic algebra. Although the program has a teaching component, we're not sure that users who are not already familiar with the basics of algebra will get much out of it.
With support for more than 10 different languages, this software impresses with both its accuracy and Unarchiver Mac Free. It churns out an editable version of a small section of text in seconds, but only Unarchiver Mac Free a minute or two to read documents with tiny text or bizarre formatting. You can even crop out sections of the document you don't need to shave seconds off of the OCR's output. It doesn't offer many features outside of character recognition, but it doesn't really need to. The PDF support is great and you can scan documents right into the Unarchiver Mac Free with ease. Its spacious layout gives you enough room to find and copy just the text you want if you only need a section of the document. The only downside of this program is that not many people will need it, as OCR software usually comes standard with most modern printers.
Unarchiver Mac Free will automatically detect your resolution and deliver you the appropriately sized Unarchiver Mac Free, so your desktops look their best. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
